Monthly Free Waste Clearance - Terms and Conditions. 1. The promoter of this competition is Talulahs Waste Solutions. 2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the business and their immediate family are excluded. 3. To enter, participants must comment a name on the official monthly competition post on our Facebook page. One entry per person. Duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified. 4. The prize is one waste clearance up to the value of £250. Any waste exceeding this limit will be quoted separately and must be paid by the winner if they choose to proceed. 5. The clearance must be a safe, accessible location. We reserve the right to refuse collection if waste is hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or unsuitable for our vehicles (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, explosives). 6. The winner must allow us to record and share the clearance for marketing purposes (video and/or photos). Failure to agree will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner being drawn. 7. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected. 8. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. 9. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition at any times if circumstances beyond our control require it. 10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. 11.
